greatest achievement

See there are so many achievements in my life that i dont know which one is exactly my greatest. I mean its a hard decision picking between going to the moon and being the president. im just kidding. but really i dont know what my greatest achievement is but i guess i will tell you about beating my dad in golf. Now my dad has been playing golf for over 20 years and he is very good. When he was 18 my grandma owned a golf coarse so he played there everyday after school and any other time he could find. its hard to say that what i am about to tell you is my greatest achievement but its surely my most happiest one. Ive only been playing golf now for a little over a year and a half. My overall goal was just to beat my dad and after playing over a hundred rounds of golf with him, i thought that it would never be possible. Until a one sunday morning while dew was still on the coarse and i felt very lucky. Now several weeks in a row i have been gettting very close to beating my dad just falling a couple strokes behind. But like  i sad that one sunday morning while the dew was still on the coarse i felt very lucky. Our tee-time was at 9 30 and i was out hitting the range at 8. i spent atleast an hour working, and focusing on how i can beat my dad. I felt very confident in my game and my ability to beat my dad but i still felt like there was still one thing left to fix so i hit the putting green. I wasnt the best putter at that time but i was fairly good and often a better putter than my dad but if i could limit 1 putt per hole i was for sure that i could beat him. after spending a good 30 minutes on the putting green it was time to hit the coarse. we both teed off and i crushed my down the center of the fairway about 300 yards while my dad was off in the fairway and right then i knew i had to attack him early or he would take control. so i started off paring the first 3 holes while he was over par by two strokes. we kept battling out the rest of that front 9 and i ended with a 40 and he ended with a 41 . i had him by one stroke and i knew that wasnt enough because he always is a back 9 player and we were at his signature coarse. so we teed off the back and he amazingly drove the green while i hit my ball two feet from the water and ended up bogying that whole while he birdied. so were all tied up and after battling long in tough for 7 more holes we were standing on the 18th hole which was a par 5, and 560 yards all tied up . we both teed off and were right next to eachother about 280 out from the green. he lets me go first and a slam a 3 wood about 230 leaving me 50 yards out. of coarse he goes crazy and hits the green on his second shot. i thought it was over right then. so i took my 58 degree and thought to myself, i have to hit this close. so i took my nice easy swing and out it 1 foot from the hole. my dad was quite a ways out so he took is putt leaving himself about a 10 foot right to left downhill putt which is one of the most hardest putts you can do. he takes his second putt and it nicks the corner of the cup and falls off about 3 feet and right then i knew i had this game if ii could nock in a 1 foot putt. so i stepped up and took my put and  made it! i was so happy and shocked i didnt know what to do except for smile. For only playing golf for a year and a half i finally beat my dad who has been playing over twenty years . I think htis is my greatest achievement because not only did i beat my dad in the game we both love, but i beat him out of preperation and skill. That day made me belive i could beat anybody in golf as long as i tried my hardest and that was the day that my golfing achievements started
